In 2024 we closed our most recent acquisition of a service business in the luxury travel industry. The company is based in Tennessee, United States and was an add-on acquisition to our existing travel portfolio.

Medical Device Manufacturing

Our most recent exit in the medical products space was a middle-market company that specialized in the design and manufacture of proprietary sterile medical products for hospitals and long-term care facilities. Boasting extensive automation and vertical integration, the company had numerous FDA clearances for products distributed around the world. It was sold to a Private Equity firm based in Greenwich, CT.

Medical Device Manufacturing

Our most recent acquisition in the medical products space was a product line of sterile liquids for medical use. The product design and manufacturing was acquired and consolidated into an existing medical products company operated by our team.
